A: Service fees are based on an hourly rate for labor, and any parts that are needed are passed along at whatever cost we incur in getting them for you. Q: Why does my other computer work, but this identical one doesn't?

A: All computers are different, no matter if they were ordered at the same exact place and come with the same exact hardware and software. Different users, the amount of time that a machine is continuously running, virus protection methods, websites visited, and emails received are all factors that can affect a computer. There are countless other reasons for computers to act strangely, but these are some of the most common.

Q: Do you work at nights or on the weekends?

A: Yes, I do. That is when I get most work done. I have found that if the person who uses the computer is available when I finish the work, I can show them how to better maintain their computer and answer their questions more personally. Personal service is something that I pride myself on, and I hope to make everyone's computer experience a positive one.

Q: When you design graphics, how do I get them printed?

A: When I design each project, I create a CD that you can give to any print shop in the area and they can print it on whatever stock paper you choose. If you wish, I can take care of arranging for print, and all that you will need to do is pick up your finished product.
